Data received from you

When you contact VIP Travel by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, VIP Travel receives your name or profile name, contact details, message content and trip information. This may include the date and time, pickup and destination addresses, passenger count, luggage and your requests.

A corporate booking may also require billing details for closing documents. Do not send information that is not needed for your booking.

Why the data is used and the legal basis

The data is used to answer your enquiry and arrange the trip before entering into a contract, then to provide the booking, receive payment and prepare documents. Data required for accounting and tax records is processed to meet legal obligations. The exact legal bases and data categories must be confirmed before publication.

Who may process the data

The services you use to contact VIP Travel process the data, as do email and hosting providers. Their exact names must be added before this policy is published. Data may be disclosed to public authorities when the law requires it.

VIP Travel does not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The applicable international-transfer safeguards must be checked and described before publication.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose of processing and mandatory record-keeping. Specific periods for enquiries, bookings, correspondence and financial records must be approved and added before publication.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 is prepared on this website. Its measurement ID is currently empty, so Google Analytics does not load, analytics cookies are not set and no analytics data is sent.

Once the service is connected, every Consent Mode v2 category will remain denied by default. Google Analytics will load only after you select “Accept”. It may then record page views and clicks on WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, email and links to the contact page. Each event includes the page path, but not message content or contact details.

Your “Accept” or “Decline” choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change it through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. After consent is withdrawn, Google Analytics will no longer load. Google may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area; the retention setting must be documented before the GA4 measurement ID is added.

Data security

VIP Travel must use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the processing risk. The specific measures, access to correspondence and data-breach procedure must be checked and described before publication.

Your rights

Where the GDPR and AVG apply, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent. Send requests to stastaxi@gmail.com.

If your concern is not resolved, you may complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
